Fusion Cheese paddu (south Indian cuisine)

                   FUSION CHEESE PADDU BY CHEF NIKK (CHEF NITISH MEHRA)




Ingredients
Serving: 2

Dosa batter

1 onion chopped

1 tomato chopped

1 green chillies

1 capsicum chopped

1 carrot chopped

Curry leaves

Coriander leaves

1/4 tsp jeera

Salt to taste

Melted Cheese on top



Instructions

In a pan add little oil n saute veggies then add into Dosa batter, then add jeera, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves n salt according to taste.

Now heat Appe pan apply little oil n pour the batter, after a minute grated cheese on top,cover n let it cook. Turn on other side cook n remove. 

Serve with spicy tomato chutney & coconut chutney.
